Initial condition
Five abandoned vehicles, loose exterior debris, tires, scrap, appliances and miscellaneous trash around buildings.
Defined scope
Remove known first-phase material and restore workable exterior conditions around the property’s buildings.
Known exclusions
Fiberglass boat, outdoor wood boiler, large construction-material piles, oversized items, concealed material and material below grade.
Execution
Work will be sequenced around access, vehicle coordination, material handling and documented phase boundaries.
